Your Dream isn’t Dead

Don’t let discouragement kill your dream.

I know what it feels like to lose momentum, question your abilities, and wonder whether you have completely failed. During those moments, I often ask myself: When I reach the end of my life, which would be harder to accept—knowing I gave my dream everything I had and failed, or knowing I never truly tried?

Please don’t live with the regret of wondering what might have happened. God knows the plans He has for you—plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Take a deep breath. Pray for strength and direction. Then keep moving forward, even if you can only take one small step at a time.

Find people who believe in you—friends, family members, or others pursuing dreams of their own. And if you need encouragement along the way, follow me on social media. I may not know you personally, but I believe your dream is worth pursuing.

You will never finish the race if you refuse to run it. Even the runner who finishes last at the Olympics can still say, “I competed in the Olympics.” That is something most people will never be able to say. For every athlete who makes it that far, there are countless others who may always wonder, “Could that have been me if I hadn’t stopped running?”

You may not know where the race will take you, but you will never find out if you quit.

Believe in God. Believe in yourself. Believe in your dream.
